I have just simple question. How much kavalactones is in those 500.mg tablets? Is there that 500mg in each tab? Or is there some other substances? I am asking becouse the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration has recommended that no more than 250 mg of kavalactones be taken in a 24 hour period.
