Natural relief for Erectile Dysfunction I don't know about that. I have taken Viagra now for about two years and had no problems. I guess being natural would be better. I have from time to time come across sites for natural stuff but never took a second look at them. I remember one called provigro I am not sure why I remember that but I don't know anything about it. I wonder how and if it works. |

I have taken provigro and it has worked well for me. It is not like medications so it doesn't make your heart beat fast. My wife could not be happier with the results. It does seem a little pricey but it is worth it. |

Hey, Timmie, There are a number of factors which tend to create erectile dysfunction ... the two most common of which have to do with poor circulation to the pelvic region of the body... AND secondly, mild to moderate depression can make one pretty unresponsive, and in such a state of mind, sex is likely the last thing on ones mind. So... a number of things can cause poor circulation in the pelvic region... from not drinking enough water... ( causing moderate dehydration and lack of fluid transport in the pelvic area, amongst other areas. I suggest drinking 3 to 4 quarts of pure water per day. Drinking coffee is a probable contributing factor, if you drink it... since caffeine is a vaso-constrictor, which significantly decreases blood circulation generally. Your food choices, which may include foods which congest and thicken bodily fluids (wheat and dairy products),can be modified to exclude these specific foods. Learning how to cook with stimulating spices, such as ginger, and Turmeric is especially helpful... especially when combined with a sincere effort to eat completely whole foods (no packaged or prepared foods because of the unhealthful things which are combined with them in processing... or the healthful parts which are removed ). Drinking ginger / cinnamon tea can help... but usually, it is a conglomeration of many of these sorts of changes... combined into a personal protocol, designed just for you... which will make the largest difference in your overall health. If you have benign prostatitis, (enlargement of the prostate), it is likely that most of the factors above are combining to create the problem of E.D. for you, and this can be reversed in most cases by avoiding the foods and beverages listed above, and by enlisting the help of a knowledgeable herbalist. I have several products which can be seen at my website, http://www.desertbloomherbs.com , which may be of help to you. The two specific ones which are coming to mind are: Male Systems Ally... which is a compounded extract designed for genito-urinary tract support and health. The other is a general formula to improve circulation, and is called "Circulation". I also work with individuals to do what I've suggested above... design a personal protocol of various products, techniques, and dietary modifications aimed at bringing the dysfunction back into balance. I hope everyone stops looking for the "magic bullet" cure for human maladies, because the real silver bullet consists of personally-tailored protocols which can be followed by each individual. We're all unique here, and one size does not fit all. I hope this information helps you. |
