Does anyone know a way to relieve chronic fatigue?  I was told that there is not awhole lot to do about it but get plenty of rest and exercise.  How are you suppose to do that when you can't even get out of bed.  I would like something natural like herbs or something like that.

The best relief for Chronic Fatigue that I have found is to get the rest you need.  Try staying awake during the day to get the sleep you need at night.  Eat healthy making sure that you get the daily amount of vitamins that you need.  Also get your Iron checked it may be low and adding an Iron supplement can help give you a little more energy.  I know that exercising is difficult because of being so tired just do what you can when you can.  Do small exercises and that will help you in the long run.  I have not heard of any supplements for it but if you hear of anything let me know.  God Bless and Good Luck.  Remember you are not in this fight alone.

There is a supplement that I have heard of called activive.  I have never tried it, but have thought about it.  I just want to let you know that you are in good company with having chronic fatigue.  I try really hard to exercise when I can and then usually get real tired.  I try to keep myself awake as long as possible but it is not easy.  Well good luck and I am going to look into activive some more just to see what its all about.

I order a product from that same company and my husband takes activive.  The product I was taking unfortunatly did not work for me however the activive has been working great for my husband.  Since he has started taking it about two months ago he has alot more energy.  We have even started walking at night to get the blood flowing. He used to sleep all the time but now he just sleeps at night and doesn't get as tired as he used to.  He seems to like it alot.

Thank you for all the suggestions.  I have heard of activive and I have ordered it.  I will be receiving it in the next few days. I hope this is the answer that i have been looking for.  I need something that can help me have more energy and be able to function better.  I will update in a few weeks after taking it.

Your story is an exact replica of mine. I can completely relate to the agony you must be going through. Pain killers just provide temporary relief and are not a permanent solution. At the same time there in no known cause to this illness, so treatment options are also limited.

In my case what worked for me were homoeopathic products from Biogetica. I took then for 6 months and am much better now. I feel very energetic and can carry out my routine activities without any restrictions.
