Try not using salt, or at least use sparing amounts of Celtic salt. Avoid prepared/ processed foods at all costs. Make your own breads and pasta if possible. It is very simple, really. No canned foods! Keep track of your salt intake, compare it to the normal Daily Requirements listed on most products. Adjust as necessary. In the mean time: make a leniment of grape-seed oil and finely minced fresh ginger root, apply to swollen areas.(about 1/4 c of oil to 2 Tbsp of ginger, let it rest for a while maybe an hour to infuse the oil w/ the ginger, apply only the oil {it will feel warm}) Use sparingly as oil WILL stain. I say grape-seed oil because it's small molecule is more readily absorbed than other oils, thus less left on the skin to stain. Try having a cup of YOGI TEA- DETOX before going to bed at night, it includes many ingredients to detoxify, I find it works wonders. Maybe you will too. Hope you find relief. A Hui Ho Denise | |||

Thank you for your reply, I do watch my salt intake and I try to stay away from breads and pasta's. I eat mostly fresh potatoe's and rice. I will try the leniment, do i leave the oil on just like you would a lotion or rub it off after a period of time. I also am wondering where I can get YOGI TEA- DETOX, I have never heard of it.
